OrderingIMPORTANT INFORMATION- When ordering at the online store please disable your pop-up blocker on the toolbar at the top of the page. This is to enable the paypal page to come up.When you place an order with us online we automatically send confirmation of it to you in an email with all order and personal details. If you DO NOT receive this confirmation it means we have not received your order. If you have not heard from us within 3 working days of placing an order, please email polly@t-cycle.co.uk or telephone 07734958866 and we'll come to the rescue. Obviously your order is very important to us and our customer care is a personal matter.Ordering for your own t-shirts to be printed. Send your plain t-shirt to us and have one of the designs featured printed. You can specify the colours you'd like all for £7+postage. Please email polly@t-cycle.co.uk if you are interested. To make an order please follow these steps: - Pick a t-shirt style from the online store
- Go to the checkout. Ensure your POP UP BLOCKER is off.
- If you do not have a paypal account you can pay by cheque or bank transfer. Please email polly@t-cycle.co.uk for imformation on payment.
Postage Postage and packaging will be charged at £3.50 per order, plus £1 for each additional item. i.e. an order of 3 t-shirts will be charged £5.50 (£3.50+£1+£1). This also covers paypal charges.
Orders will normally be with you within 1 week. In some circumstances this may take longer, in which case you will be informed and given the option to either wait, order a different t-shirt or cancel the order completely. ReturnsWe are happy to exchange t-shirts if you are not happy with your purchase.Postage costs will apply.We do give refunds. Any item you order from us can be returned for replacement or refund within 7 days of the date it was shipped, provided the t-shirt is in the same condition. All the t-shirts available are on the online store page.
If you are returning an item for a replacement don't forget to include a cheque for £3.50 made payable to Polly Stubley to cover delivery. If you require a refund, we will refund the original purchase price of the t-shirt returned less delivery costs.
